After spending more than eight years building technology teams across the UK, Prené established Auro to offer a more considered approach to recruitment, one centred on understanding, partnership, and long-term success rather than transactional hiring.

Throughout his career, he has advised organisations ranging from scaling technology businesses to established enterprises, helping them appoint software engineers, technology leaders, and specialist professionals who create meaningful commercial impact.
